I purchased The InfoCube system right before I opened. I was anticipating long waits, especially on Friday and Saturday nights and I did not want customers to get frustrated and leave before I could seat them. The InfoCube was the perfect solution. The customers are entertained during their wait and it really does make the wait seem shorter. Every party I can save from becoming a walk-away puts money in my pocket. No other pager system can do this! I still have customers compliment me on the system.

Before we had The InfoCube paging system, our hostess stand was chaos. Our patrons were afraid to leave the area for fear of missing their table ready call. We also had an incident were one party identified themselves as someone else. When the real party arrived at the hostess stand they were very upset, and rightly so, that their table had been given to someone else. My restaurant is on the third floor of a converted textile mill and this presents some unique challenges. Our waiting area for overflow customers is on the first floor. Before we purchased The InfoCube system, customers would crowd the stairway and my hostesses would have to yell or walk down the stairs to notify a customer when their table was ready.
