MICROSOFT RETAIL MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS PRICING
Licenses are purchased by number of lanes within a store, and licenses cannot be shared across stores.
Retail Management System STORE OPERATIONS Licenses are sold for all Lanes in all Stores
on a per Lane basis.
Service Level A Contracts for the first year are an OPTION, which include the following benefits: All product updates, all service packs, access to CustomerSource, Online Training Tutorial, ability to purchase 5-packs of support incidents, and discounts on per incident support. Service pricing for upgrades is 18% of the new Total license cost. The 18% is NOT included in the following price levels.
